My name is Tatiana Frankl, and Polished & Poised was born from a journey I never fully anticipated. I came to Chicago from Texas with a different vision for my future — a city I didn't know, a community I hadn't yet found, and a path that was still taking shape. What I discovered here changed everything.

That gap became my calling.
